ACADEMIA is a chain of boutique hotels in the central areas of Saint-Petersburg, offering guests immersion in the atmosphere of aesthetics and aristocratic life, but with modern comfort. The company's concept is to revive history - ACADEMIA gives new life to cultural heritage sites. After the renovation, aesthetic boutique hotels with a long history appear here, where traditions are honored: for example, they serve guests the favorite drink of Catherine the Great or treat them to sweets that Count Shuvalov adored. Our guests can stay in rooms of the following categories: suite, standard, junior suite, studio, Shuvalov suite and Dashkova suite, in which each guest will receive personalized service.
The hotel chain has a care service that anticipates the wishes of the guests: an employee of the service will prepare a cup of aromatic grain coffee, order a transfer, send things to dry cleaning, organize an excursion and even decorate the guests' room with their favorite flowers. Hideout Residences is the new project located in the center of St. Petersburg (Russia) from the creators of the Wynwood Hotel – speakeasy- a hotel and an independent quarter organized on the principle of community – began work in the historical center of St. Petersburg, in Kolomna, on the site of the former barracks of the Imperial Marine Guards Corps. Buildings and squares recognized as historical and cultural landmarks of regional significance are being transformed into residences for living and booking for any period, a Scandinavian garden, art workshops and functional spaces for recreation and life with full immersion in the modern context of hospitality.
Hideout (English: "place of solitude") is located next to the Mariinsky Theater and New Holland, around the corner from the legendary Semimostye – a place opposite St. Nicholas Cathedral, from where seven bridges can be seen at once. The courtyard with the author's Scandinavian garden overlooks the embankment, ideal for morning runs or walks along the cozy St. Petersburg canals.
Hideout does not have the usual hotel rooms or apartments. All the spaces here are called residences and resemble independent studios (including two-storey ones).
